Nepalgunj, Oct. 1: As many as 860 locals have received free eye check up services in a free health camp organized at different 10 VDCs in Bardiya district on Monday.
Phattebal Eye Hospital organized the camp to provide free check up services to locals, said organizers.
The camp was organized at Sanoshree, Taratal, Padnaha, Baniyabhar, Dhodahri, Suryapatuwa,Thakurdwar, Shivapur, Nyaulapur and Bagnaha VDCs in the district.
Some 213 people were detected with cataract in course of eye examination and they were referred to Fattebal Eye Hospital for further treatment, it is reported. RSS
