Nepalgunj, Sept. 30: Police here have nabbed an Indian citizen with narcotics this morning.
Police held Raja Ahamad who was carrying five grams of brown sugar smuggled from across the border. Police are preparing to file a case against Ahamad under the Narcotics Control Act, said DSP Prem Basnet. RSS
