
Kathmandu, Nov. 18: The distribution of the voter identity card prepared by the Election Commission for the purpose of the CA elections will continue today as well.
The distribution of the ID cards began from November 15 through the VDCs and Municipalities as well as the 18,457 polling centres across the country.
The ID card distribution was supposed to end yesterday but a day has been extended, according to the Election Commission.
The staff deputed in the polling centres have been directed to continue the distribution of ID cards today as well, said Election Commissioner Dr Ram Bhakta PV Thakur.
Any voter missing out to receive the ID card for any reason however can vote with the help of any other official ID with photo including citizenship certificate, passport and driving license. RSS
