People returning home to vote increasing

Silgadhi (Doti), Nov. 18: Bahadure BK, a resident of Kathamandau in Doti has returned from Maharastra of India in order to cast vote in Tuesday’s CA election.

Like BK many youths living abroad for employment are returning back home to exercise their franchise.  “I came back after hearing about the positive atmosphere for the CA elections”, said Nagendra Bam of Simchaur, Doti.

And many youths coming back to vote expect and wish that the new CA leads the country towards prosperity thereby creating jobs for them inside the country.

“The new constitution must have a provision that ensures jobs for people like us”, says Rajendra Bohara of Girichaur, Doti, who returned home from Bangalore of India.

Likewise, Lalit Dhanuk of Dhanugaon left his job in India and returned home with the confidence that the new CA would draft the new constitution and give a way forward to the nation.

Though exact figures of people returning to vote here is not available hoards of Nepalis are coming from across the border, according to the Traffic Office in Attariya. RSS
