Kathmandu, Nov. 3: UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has urged the voters to give two-thirds majority to the parties standing by federalism with identity and a comfortable majority to the pro-people force in the upcoming constituent assembly (CA) elections.
