Candidates Reach Mugu Chartering Helicopter

Mugu, Oct. 3: The candidates of Nepali Congress and CPN (UML) for forthcoming CA election under the first-past- the- post have reached the district by chartering a helicopter from Kathmandu to Mugu for filing their nomination on Wednesday.

With the arrival of the leaders, cadres of the respective parties are found enthusiastic and environment for election has geared up.  The candidates Ain Bahadur Shahi of the Nepali Congress and Mohan Baniya of CPN (UML) have come to Gamgadhi, the district headquarters, for filing their nomination at the District Election Office scheduled for today.  The locals have further believed that the election will be held in a friendly environment after the rival candidates of different parties came in the same helicopter.

Likewise, candidates Sukbir Budha of UCPN (Maoist), Darja Bahadur Bham of Akhanda Party and Raj Bahadur Malla of Rashtriya Prajatantra Party have already reached the district for election purpose.

It is noted that the helicopter from Kathmandu to Mugu was charted in 600 thousand Rupees. RSS
