Chitwan, Oct.28: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sushil Koirala has urged the general voters to make the party winning in the November 19 Constituent Assembly (CA) election for peace and stability in the country.

Addressing an election gathering at Geetanagar, Chitwan today, the Congress President claimed that democratic constitution would not be drafted if the Congress lost the majority of CA seats.

“Some political parties have a daydream about being the state executive chief with an intention of imposing dictatorship in the country, but their dream would never true,” he said.  The NC needs public goodwill and support to abort such dream.  The first CA failed to promulgate a new constitution due to dominance of anarchists there, he claimed, urging the people to give two-third majority to the party in the upcoming election.
