Gulariya (Bardia), Dec. 28: Thirty-two couples registering the land ownership certificate in the joint name of the husband and the wife were felicitated by the Land Rights Forum Bardia here on Friday.
At the programme held at Radha Krishna Chowk of Gulariya Municipality, the couples were honoured jointly by political party representatives in the presence of the Chief of the Land Revenue and Land Reforms Office and media persons.
Speaking at the programme, Chairperson of the Forum Kesh Bahadur BK urged all land owners to enjoy the benefits given by the state for having a joint ownership of land. RSS
