Gaushala, Dec. 27: A man died of freezing cold in Matihani VDC in Mahottari district this afternoon.
Ram Narayan Khatwe, 55, of Ward No. 6 of the VDC died of excessive cold, according to Matihani based Police Post.
Khatwe, who was walking near his house, died on the spot after he fell shivering with cold, according to witness.
Normal life in Mahottari have been affected due to cold wave developed since Tuesday morning, said police. RSS
