Kathmandu, Dec. 12: The Home Ministry on Wednesday has formed a three-member probe committee headed by Director General of Department of Prison Management, Shambhu Koirala, to investigate the incident of prisoners escaping from the jail of Jagannathdewal, Kathmandu.
The committee comprises Deputy Superintendant of Police (DSP) at the Office of Metropolitan Police Commission Biswo Raj Singh Shahi and Investigation Director at National Investigation Department Arjun Kumar KC, said the Ministry.
The Committee has been tasked to submit its report within a week. RSS
