Kathmandu, Dec. 31: US Ambassador to Nepal Peter W. Bodde called on Chairman of Council of Ministers Khil Raj Regmi on Tuesday.
During the meeting taken place at the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM), matters relating to the Nepal-US relations and other contemporary issues were issued.
At the meeting held on the eve of the English New Year 2014, the two exchanged the New Year greetings, said Spokesperson at OPMCM, Mahendra Kumar Thapa.
On the occasion, Chairman Regmi expressed his hope that a meeting of the new Constituent Assembly would take place and a new government be formed soon on the basis of consensus so that a new constitution would come on time. RSS
