Panityanki (Morang), Dec. 26: The District Administration, Morang, has directed all crusher industries in the district to close after they were found not following the required standards.
The DAO issued this directive after a joint team of government officials including the Chief District Officer, Ganesh Raj Karki, the Local Development Officer, Shiva Ram Pokhrel, the District Forest Officer, Shree Prasad Baral, and Superintendent of Police Bishwa Raj Pokhrel, monitored seven crusher industries operating in the district.
The crusher industries asked to close are the Pashupati Stone Crusher, Jayshree Tirupati Crusher, Purbanchal Crusher, Shivam Aggregate, Krishna Crushing, Khadam Mineral Industries Crusher operational at Gachhiyakhola (river) and Om Crusher Industry. Of the 13 crusher industries registered in the district, seven are currently in operation. RSS
