Tanahu, Dec. 25: Five persons of a group of people heading to Damaulighat from Tharpu for funeral were injured after the bus carrying them met with an accident at Jamune in Tanahu district today.
The bus (Na 4 Kha 5425) overturned at Jamune VDC-3 along the Prithvi Highway after the driver lost control, according to the District Police Office, Tanahu.
All people injured in the accident are undergoing treatment at the District Hospital, Damauli. RSS
Two persons were killed and eight others injured in a jeep accident at Milbang of Rolpa district last night. The Jeep (Ra. 1 Ja. 401) heading to Simlabang from Sattlebat of Rolpa district met with an accident killing Tirtha Kumari Budha, 35 and Karma Gharti, 42, of Rolpakot VDC-1, said police.
The injured are receiving treatment at the District Hospital, it is learnt. The driver and helper of the bus are absconding, said police. RSS
