Janakpurdham, Dec. 21: The NC Regional Committee here has demanded that the party take action against 18 NC rebel cadres including central member Lila Koirala for working against the party’s official candidate from Dhanusa constituency no. 4 in the recent CA elections.
A statement issued by Regional Chair Hari Shankar Shaha calls for annulment of even the general membership of the 18 rebel cadres of the party for their role in the defeat of NC candidate Ram Saroj Yadav.
Disciplinary action has also been recommended against NC proportional representation (PR) candidate Kishori Shah.
Others include Baidhyanath Shah, Bajrang Prasad Shah (ex-mayor) and Rajeswor Nepali, Ram Shah, Kewal Sharma, Ram Sogar Shah, Ramdev Pajiyar, Bijaya Chaudhary, Srinarayan Shah, Jogendra Shah, Gauri Prasad Shah, Parmeswar Shah, Dinesh Shah and Mohammad Amber.
Regional Chair Shaha has also charged the accused of supporting other parties’ candidate guided by a communal feeling, and thereby campaigning against the official candidate of the party. RSS
