Kathmandu, Dec. 13: Senior leader of the CPN (UML), Madhav Kumar Nepal, has urged all leaders and cadres, who have joined other parties after quitting the CPN (UML), to return to the party.

He urged all to come under the fold of the CPN (UML) as its future is bright and it has played a leadership role for economic transformation of the country and society.

The former Prime Minister said that his party would carry out works to take the country towards prosperity by establishing a sustainable peace.

Nepal stressed on the need of moving ahead by forging high-level consensus among political parties as there was no possibility of development until political stability and understanding.

Newly elected member of the Constituent Assembly (CA), Ananda Prasad Pokhrel, pointed out the need of consensus among all democratic forces and pro-change forces to promulgate a new constitution as soon as possible.

Koteshwor Campus ANNFSU Chairman, Kishor Bikram Malla, and ANNFSU Campus Primary Committee Coordinator, Shyam Sundar Sibakoti, expressed their view.

The conference would elect a 21-member committee. RSS
