Government Wants Exit: Chairman Regmi

 Tansen, Dec. 11: Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Khil Raj Regmi, has said after the successful accomplishment of the Constituent Assembly election, the government was willing for a quick exit.

             Addressing a programme organized by Tansen Municipality to declare it a literate zone here on Wednesday, Chairman Regmi expressed hope that the people elected government would write constitution. “The electoral government conducted the CA election peacefully. It was a success in deed”, he said, adding that it was now for handing over the leadership to the people elected government.

 Similarly, he expressed happiness over the declaration that entire Tansen Municipality was literate and said development in education sector was essential for the holistic development of the country.

 Chairman Regmi also expressed gratitude to all voters, election officers, observers and others involved in the CA election for extending help to conduct the election successfully.

 On the occasion, Minister for Information and Communications, Madhav Poudel, informed that government had aimed at eliminating illiteracy by 2015.

 Meanwhile, Chairman Regmi reiterated at a programme in Syangja that the new government would write constitution.

 He had reached there to visit the Alamdevi Temple. Chairman Regmi reached there with the Information Minister Poudel. RSS
