Babiyachaur (Myagdi), Dec. 11: An old couple has commissioned the construction of a two-kilometre stretch iof a road at Takam in Myagdi district.
Resham Pun and his wife Banika Pun of Takam VDC-7 who currently live in Pokhara donated 300 thousand rupees for the construction of the section of the rural road linking Kimchaur and Hilapokhari in Takam VDC.
Resham is a pensioner of the Singapore Police. The Pun couple is in their eighties. Hilapokhari is mostly settled by the people of the Dalit and marginalized communities. RSS
