Kalaiya, Dec. 1: The District Court, Bara, has remanded to custody to three persons including former parliamentarian Ram Chandra Pyasi on the charge of murdering Mahmud Alam.
Alam, candidate of the CPN (UML) under first-past-the-post electoral system from Bara Constituency No. 4, was shot dead on October 4.
Former lawmaker Pyasi, and Indian nationals Atik Khan and Raju Shreebastav were arrested on October 26 for their involvement in the murder case. RSS
