BHAGAT SINGH MADE PUBLIC

Nepalgunj, Nov. 30: Bhagat Singh, commander of Janatantrik Terai Madhes Party, who was arrested from Jamunaha along the Nepal-India border of Banke district has been made public here Saturday. He was made public amidst a news conference at the Zonal Police Office.

At the conference, Bhagat Singh said he has realized his crimes.According to information given by Deputy Inspector General of Police Rajendra Singh Bhandari, cases on murder, abductions and explosions will be filed against Bhagat Singh as per the prevailing laws.

The party, an underground outfit active in Terai, entered peace talks with the government on February 25, 2012 and submitted a large quantity of big and small arms to the government in course of the talks. But later, the outfit denounced the peace talks in the mid all of sudden and went back to the criminal activities, it is learnt. RSS
