Chitwan, Nov. 19: Chairman of UCPN (Maoist) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has cast his vote in the Constituent Assembly (CA) election from a polling booth at the Laxmi Higher Secondary School, Lanku under the Chitwan Constituency No. 3. Dahal cast his vote at 11:30 am.
After voting, he said the CPN-Maoist will be included in the new CA. People have an enthusiastic participation in the election, he said, adding there is no meaning to boycott the CA election which is a means for drafting people’s constitution.
Generally the CA election is held only one time in a nation’s history but Nepal witnessed this election twice which is unfortunate. However, we should make the most out of this opportunity, he said. The UCPN (M) Chairman further pledged to give the Nepali people a new constitution on time. RSS
