Humla, Nov. 8: Normal life in Humla district has been affected due to snowfall since last night. The temperature has also dipped to zero degree Celsius following the snowfall.
People have been forced to limited themselves within their homes as snow as high as one foot has accumulated making life difficult outside.
Meanwhile, election programmes have also been obstructed due to the heavy snowfall and Nepal Army’s helicopter has been deployed to carry the election officers and security officials to the polling stations, according to the Chief District Officer Shankar Hari Acharya. RSS
